Return and Exchange Policy

This Return and Exchange Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which Amopelle Co accepts returns and exchanges for its products. By purchasing from Amopelle Co, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products purchased directly from Amopelleco.com.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery.

2. Returns/Exchange Process:

  • To initiate a return please utilize the Returns/Exchange tab. You'll be able to follow the instructors to select a refund or exchange.
  • You're able to purchase insurance for a shipping label. If you choose not to purchase it is your responsibility to provide return postage.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Processing times may take 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product from Amopelle Co.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our Customer Service team immediately.
  • We will arrange for the return of the defective or incorrect item and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty:

  • Our products come with a limited warranty. For details, please refer to our separate Warranty Policy.

7. Discretionary Decisions:

  • Amopelle Co reserves the right to make discretionary decisions regarding returns and exchanges, especially in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
